Partner API
Getting started.
Onboarding is one-time per partner. We issue an API key, agree the customer-ID mapping, and ship you a loaner scoreboard. Everything below describes that handshake.

API key
Issued per partner. The same key authenticates both REST and WebSocket connections. Optional IP whitelisting is available for REST.

Customer ID mapping
We map your internal club/customer ID to our LedsCount club ID. You always send your own ID — the translation is server-side.

Court numbers must align
Court 1 in your system = Court 1 in ours. If the venue renumbers courts, we adjust the mapping — but the platform never reorders courts on your behalf.

Test environment
Available on request. Lets you exercise every endpoint against a virtual scoreboard before any hardware is connected.

Loaner scoreboard during integration
Standard offer for every integration we've ever done. We ship a physical scoreboard to your dev team so the WebSocket pushes you subscribe to are real, scored on a real device, not synthesized test data.
